3. Sleeping in the Wrong Positions

Sleeping on your side and on your stomach causes wrinkles on the body in the long run. Fortunately, there are ways to avoid and even prevent wrinkles while you sleep. Begin by choosing to sleep on your back as much as possible.

  1. Your article is super useful and has some great tips! I never wear eyeliner because I have no time to do too much with my face BUT I did not know that it can cause wrinkles when you do it wrong! I drink the wine once a while like 3 or 4 times a year, usually just during the holidays. I have heard that wine or other alcoholic drinks can cause health problems if anyone drinks too heavily. It’s good to know I’m doing something right!

  2. These are things that we do almost on a daily basis! It is very worrying indeed. I always have to stretch the eyelids a little longer just to get a complete fill. For the sleeping position, the stomach style is the most comfortable for me. Thank you for the tip on using silk or satin pillows.   3. Some awesome tips for avoiding wrinkles,some I had never even heard of. Now after reading they make perfect sense. I see a few things I will have to work on like what I eat, I knew the health dangers of certain foods but never correlated food to wrinkles before!   7. Uh oh! You totally caught me! I sleep on my sides and stomach and I eat lots of sugars and other junk. The good news is I don’t use much soap on my face. A thorough rinse in the shower, (soap if I was actually dirty), and each morning keeps me from getting too clogged or yucky. I haven’t worn makeup in years. Now, when I decide to start back up, I’m going to have to remember to do all things in the correct order.

    Here comes your article. I think the major reason for my wrinkles is “Spending Too Much Time In Front of Screens”. I started my online business for a while now and every one I spend more than 15 hours in front of my computer. Sometimes I feel that my face is somewhat “hot”, but never think that it might be caused by the blue light emissions.

      It’s definitely a challenge for the way of life most of us have become accustomed to, to also have to worry about blue light damage. A lot of people are in front of screens for most of their days, especially people who work in offices and in cubicles.
